Falmouth Country Club (golf) is right down the street. Antiquing, shopping, fabulous restaurants, beaches, biking, museums, hiking, day trips, fishing, boating, and more are all close by! Friends, family, fun, and relaxation are the themes behind the home Jess and Paul (homeowners) call “Just Chillin.” Guests will experience that classic beach town vacation that some may remember from their childhood. However, Jess and Paul have elevated that experience to include the modern comforts we’ve all come to enjoy. The cozy home is tastefully and thoughtfully designed (by Jess) with family and comfort driving Jess’ vision. The features (outside shower, deck, fire-pit…) of the home offer fun and relaxation. Some of these features Paul built by hand! The space is perfect for close friends and family who enjoy spending time together. However, guests can escape to a bedroom to read a book or take a post-beach nap. The property is centrally located on Cape Cod in Falmouth (East Falmouth). Those who enjoy the beach, golfing, shopping, exploring, or just hanging out for a BBQ will appreciate their stay at Just Chillin. When guests decide to venture out from the home, they will discover…. • Local beaches a close drive (or even a bike ride) away. • Falmouth has an amazing dining scene. Fabulous restaurants are everywhere. Some right in East Falmouth and others a very short drive away. • Bad Martha’s brewery and Cape Cod Winery are awesome spots located very close to Just Chillin. • Shopping, antiquing, fishing (charters or surf casting), golfing, and more are all available and close-by. • Anything you may need for your stay is a close drive away. Supermarkets, wine shops, pharmacies, convenient stores, etc. • One can see Martha’s Vineyard from the nearby beaches and taking a ferry to the Vineyard is encouraged. • Excursions to Provincetown or the breathtaking beaches on the Outer Cape are manageable (even in the Summer – leave early!) due to the central location of Just Chillin. • Classic Cape towns (and their beaches, shopping, dining, site seeing….) like Mashpee and Sandwich are very close for you to explore. • Boston, Providence, Newport and other non-Cape destinations are not far. Interior: • 3 bedrooms o Primary with king bed (2 adults) o Secondary with queen bed (2 adults) o Twin with bunkbeds and a third twin bed (3 children). o Plenty of closet and drawer space for all. • Kitchen and dining o Modern and beautiful kitchen with all the appliances you want. A perfect “kickin it” kitchen to hang out in while making dinner or drinks. o Hand-made (by Paul) dining table that sits up to 6. • Well-appointed and comfortable living room. o Comfy couch and recliners for 5 people (additional seating in the living room is easily accommodated). o HDTV with streaming services (Roku) • Bathroom o Tastefully designed, and always clean bathroom with tub and shower. • Washer and dryer in the basement. • The AC units provide more than sufficient cooling comfort in the Summer. • Heat is available for off-season visitors. Outdoor features: • Private outdoor shower (stargaze in the shower!) • Furnished deck with chairs, table, and umbrella for outdoor dining and drinks. • Grill • Backyard fire pit • One clearly placed Ring doorbell/security camera (front door). • Private large driveway. FOR THOSE WITH MOBILITY LIMITATIONS: The home has a few steps at the entrance. All bedrooms and the bathroom are located on the primary (1st) floor. The steps to the basement may be challenging for those with mobility limitations. We recommend that only individuals without mobility limitations access the basement for laundry or to use the "game room."
