My family had a wonderful stay at this home the first week of July. There was plenty of room for 3 kids and two adults, plus my parents who stayed in the basement bedroom for a few nights to help out with our kids. A great beach is only a 5 minute walk from the house, and the outdoor shower was perfect for us all to clean off after a morning swimming and playing in the sand. Erin was a very responsive host and addressed all of our questions super quickly

I loved this house. It is better than the description. Everything is perfect for a big family or multi-generational or friends traveling together. There are plenty of beds in each of the huge bedrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped. There is a beautiful yard and deck and grill. Every time I texted a question I got an immediate reply. There is a beach pass so you can park right there if you don't want to walk, but the walk is very short. My husband and I are the grandparents traveling with our kids and one grandbaby and all of my kids said the place was perfect. We want to go back next year! The house was clean and has comfy furniture. When I couldn't find trash bags, they had some delivered an hour later! The AC worked fantastically even though it was in the 90s. I can't say enough good things about this place. Definitely a hidden gem!!

Our family had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Erin's Cape Searenity home. The home was spacious with a fully stocked kitchen, multiple rooms to relax, and an oversized patio area surrounding the pool, where we cooled off from the summer heat. The house is thoughtfully amenitized and our boys enjoyed the game room (bball and ping pong) in the garage, which also had plentiful beach supplies (chairs, boards, sand toys, and coolers). The house is centrally located and close to many nearby beaches (a parking pass was provided). Erin was readily accessible and quick to answer all our questions. We can't wait to return!

Amazing stay wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else for the celebration of the 4th. Couldn’t ask for any better.

This was a last-minute July 4 getaway. This place was recently redone. It’s beautiful inside and out-great hosts - easy in and out. If you know Falmouth, this is a great spot.

Great place to stay with plenty of beds for large families. Walking distance from private beach. Kids loved the time we spent at the house.

We had a great time. Our kids loved riding their scooters around the neighborhood and the short walk to the very quiet private beach. The house had everything we needed for the week. Very clean. The neighborhood is very quiet. The only thing I will say is that the master bedroom king bed is like concrete. All the others seemed very comfortable. We all agreed that we would stay here again.

My nephew is playing on the Bourne Braves this summer, so my family came to Cape Cod for a few days to go to some games. With a 22-year-old son and a 17-year-old daughter, we really didn't want a regular hotel room to stay in, so I looked at Airbnb. I couldn't believe my luck when I found Erin's rental. It sounded perfect! Staying in a log cabin on the Cape was wild --- I felt like I was in the mountains instead of on an island. Erin had left us some Welcome gifts on the table --- Cape Cod potato chips, Salt Water Taffy, a guest book, a very detailed notebook about the home and stay, and some travel brochures. We went to a Red Sox game on check-in day, so it would be very late when we arrived, but Erin was very understanding and made sure we had an emergency entry plan if we had trouble with the door lock. Erin was very communicative and responsive to any questions I asked. With this being the first time we booked an Airbnb, Erin really set the bar high for any future hosts.

Such a well kept, comfortable, and beautiful home. Erin and Chuck were fantastic hosts - proactively communicating, and always available if needed. We hope to come back again next year!
