My nephew is playing on the Bourne Braves this summer, so my family came to Cape Cod for a few days to go to some games. With a 22-year-old son and a 17-year-old daughter, we really didn't want a regular hotel room to stay in, so I looked at Airbnb. I couldn't believe my luck when I found Erin's rental. It sounded perfect! Staying in a log cabin on the Cape was wild --- I felt like I was in the mountains instead of on an island. Erin had left us some Welcome gifts on the table --- Cape Cod potato chips, Salt Water Taffy, a guest book, a very detailed notebook about the home and stay, and some travel brochures. We went to a Red Sox game on check-in day, so it would be very late when we arrived, but Erin was very understanding and made sure we had an emergency entry plan if we had trouble with the door lock. Erin was very communicative and responsive to any questions I asked. With this being the first time we booked an Airbnb, Erin really set the bar high for any future hosts.

My family had a lovely time staying at this beautiful home on Cape Cod. Easy access to the local village, beaches, restaurants, and all the local spots. Such a well kept, comfortable, and beautiful home. Erin and Chuck were fantastic hosts - proactively communicating, and always available if needed. We hope to come back again next year!

Erin was a great host—kind, communicative, and thorough—and we had a wonderful time at the house! The backyard was such a hit, and the house was equipped with everything you need to enjoy the Cape. Would definitely go back again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful house, private yet located within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. The owner stocked the house both thoughtfully and generously to make our stay comfortable.

First time in Cape Cod, and Erin’s house was perfect for our family!! We went for my mom’s birthday and loved how cute the house was, proximity to town, the beach and the ferry. The beds were very comfy which is a major plus!! And the trail in the back leading to the park was such a perfect added bonus for my kids. Erin was a great host and very accommodating!! Would recommend to anyone!

This was the nicest Airbnb experience we’ve had. This home is exceptionally clean, well maintained, on a quiet street with generous family (and dog) space…inside and out. We were in Falmouth for a nearby family event, and this house was a short drive to everything…our family gathering, restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, the wonderful shops on Main Street, and the beach. And in between activities, we enjoyed our time (and slept well) in this quiet home and neighborhood. We highly recommend this home!

We were in Falmouth for a nearby family event, and this house was a short drive to everything…our family gathering, restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, the wonderful shops on Main Street, and the beach. We were there during a nor’easter and it was the perfect place to hunker down and feel cozy and peaceful. We also so appreciated Erin’s flexibility on checkout time during the storm. Erin also offered to DoorDash us some kitchen stuff that was missing which we really appreciated! All in all this was a beautiful quiet cozy place and we would recommend to all!
