Great communication! Really nice, clean house with plenty of space and amenities. The pool was put kids favorite part of the whole trip (a little chilly though). We loved all the board games & ping pong/basketball for our evenings at home. The beach chairs in the garage & beach towels were also a huge bonus for us.

We had a lovely stay! The house was clean and comfortable, and we especially loved the patio and big backyard. Very close and convenient to the beach and town - would definitely stay again! Erin was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay.

What a wonderful stay! Our family of 6 stayed at this cozy cabin for three nights in July. Wished we could have stayed longer! The property is even better than the pictures and descriptions. Fully stocked kitchen was really helpful for home-cooking. The property is private yet still super convenient to get to beaches or hiking trails. Host - Erin - was proactive and super responsive to any and all messages. The home itself was extremely clean, well organized, and just so cozy. We'd stay here again if we make our way back up to Cape Cod in the future without hesitation.

Erin is a terrific host. She was always responsive and prompt. We had several questions prior to our arrival and she dealt with these professionally. Having stayed at another place the prior year, I can honestly state that there was no comparison between this and the prior host. As for the house, it was just as described. The instruction pamphlet was extremely helpful. It is a beautiful home with spectacular views of the pond. The house itself was modernized and well appointed. Thanks for making this a memorable experience.

Beautiful home and Erin was very responsive. We would definitely be back but the stairs are a bit slippery. Had a good laugh
