What a wonderful stay! Our family of 6 stayed at this cozy cabin for three nights in July. Wished we could have stayed longer! The property is even better than the pictures and descriptions. Fully stocked kitchen was really helpful for home-cooking. The property is private yet still super convenient to get to beaches or hiking trails. Host - Erin - was proactive and super responsive to any and all messages. The home itself was extremely clean, well organized, and just so cozy. We'd stay here again if we make our way back up to Cape Cod in the future without hesitation.

Erin is a terrific host. She was always responsive and prompt. We had several questions prior to our arrival and she dealt with these professionally. Having stayed at another place the prior year, I can honestly state that there was no comparison between this and the prior host. As for the house, it was just as described. The instruction pamphlet was extremely helpful. It is a beautiful home with spectacular views of the pond. The house itself was modernized and well appointed. Thanks for making this a memorable experience.

This home was perfect for our family trip to the cape. It’s in a really quiet area with a great set up for meals and hanging out at the house. It’s also close to beaches and parks that were great for our small child a dog.

The home is just as pictured, with high-end furniture, linens, and kitchenware. As someone who prioritizes cleanliness, I was thrilled to find the house immaculate. The location is perfect, walking distance to two private beaches that we enjoyed to ourselves all week. Wonderful hosts and a lovely home!"

We had such a wonderful time at Erin's place! The location was easy to find, yet fairly private, even on 4th of July weekend. When my fellow guests arrived and found that the air conditioning wasn't on, Erin was immediately responsive and contacted the handy man to come over right away. She generously provided us with a discounted stay due to the brief discomfort not having air conditioning already activated upon our arrival. The place itself had enough space for 2 adult couples, one toddler, and a fairly large dog to spread out and not trip over one another. As a group of homecooked meal lovers, we were especially pleased with the kitchenware and kitchen ammenities. Access to the local beaches with the provided beach pass was also a highlight of our stay. We would love to come back for the 4th next year and make it a family tradition!
