Great place. Easy walk to the beach. Plenty of room for everyone.

The house and property were perfect for our family of four! Very clean and tidy, super cozy beds and linens, and had everything we needed for an easygoing beach vacation. The hosts were very responsive and friendly! We would definitely stay here again.

Erin’s place was great! Appreciated all the little touches- working with us as we increased number of guests etc. I particularly enjoyed the 11 am checkout- it gave another bit of time to relax without being hurried to leave. Everything had been thought of -very nice stay!

We stayed at 59 Moonpenny lane for the week of the Falmouth road race. The house was beautiful, incredible outdoors, love the fact that we could kayak on the adjacent pond. It was everything as described. Aaron was a fantastic host with Airbnb. Her Communication was impeccable and on time. Thank you Aaron for a wonderful vacation for me and my entire family. We definitely would consider coming back again. Enjoy the rest of your summer!!
